1. Water water water!

We need to keep our bodies hydrated in order to be healthy, alert, and energetic. Your skin is an organ made up of cells, and cells require water to function properly. Your skin literally craves the hydration. Increase your daily water intake to at least 8 glasses, and you’ll see a difference in your skin’s glow!

2. Fruits for improved skin texture.

Vitamin C is crucial for collagen development, so for an improvement in your skin’s overall texture opt for fruits with a lot of it. Citrus fruits, berries, even vegetables like red peppers are all full of Vitamin C and excellent for getting smooth skin.

3. Avoid these foods…

Of course, along with foods that improve your skin, there are other foods that do the opposite. Avoid sugary foods. Too much sugar slows down the skin’s collagen production, and the skin can’t bounce back quick enough leading to wrinkles. Also, limit caffeine, milk, and spicy foods.
